We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example when a title is out of stock or there is an error in pricing. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. BookHaven never stores your card, UPI or banking details. Cash on delivery may be available for eligible pin codes.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos and software — belongs to BookHaven or its content suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
BookHaven is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali, Punjab.
