Returns
If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the title you ordered, raise a support ticket within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order from your account until it is shipped. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Books that have been used, written in or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
